A reminder for everyone: Additional Rule for this series All drivers participating in this series must complete a "representative" lap time in the Qualifying session and cannot sit in the pits throughout the Qualifying session. The assessment of what constitutes a "representative" lap time is at the discretion of the SRO Hosting Admin. Failure to complete a timed "representative" lap will result in either a -1 lap penalty or a timed penalty e.g. - 2mins being applied to the race results. Both penalties to be decided by the Hosting Admin.
Brilliant race guys. Great battle with Stephen and Jose until I span out. Kept fighting until the end. Herman crashed off on penultimate lap so another last place just averted. Really good fun on a Tuesday evening. Thanks all.
Fun race! I was finally able to stay for the whole race now that my volleyball season is over! Getting on the podium was a bonus for me, for sure! Ken and Mariusz had an amazing pace, both getting into the 1:38's! Mariusz taking the lead in T-1, lap 3! No way to catch Mariusz, but I was able to get around Ken when he lost the rear heading into the uphill right-hander in sector 1 .. From there I could only watch the gap to Mariusz grow and grow .. I had a spin of my own that allowed Oli to get within striking range but I was able to focus enough to get back on pace & hold him off to save a 2nd place finish! Thanks to all for the clean racing! See you at the next one! (I hear the mini's are coming next season)
