Welcome to Round 5 Sebring International Raceway
Good news for the Sebring event!
Joshua Penny doesn't want to miss the last round and will also be commentating the final race at Sebring alongside Joseph Wright and Matheus Marcal.
That's going to be a fantastic broadcast !!
Could you guys also subscribe to the YouTube SRO channel? We're only on 58 now and it would be nice to bump that number up!
Already have! Sharing the channel with people whom it might interest as well.
I am gathering all my strength to strike at Sebring with full force! Beware the wrath of mighty v10 as it shall roar gruesomely loud around the track, deafening the very ears of all viewers!
Raceday: *DNF 5 LAPS IN*
LOL, you're gonna DNF 5 laps in ?
Nah, i am just joking, first is my expectation latter, raceday, is the reality
Servers up !
Unfortunately, Toni Talvitie has to work on race day and will not join us. Shame he couldn't make all the races due to work because he was very strong in the Saleen.
There is also a more realistic version of the track if you want to change it https://actrackrebootproject.wixsite.com/ac-track-re-boot/sebring-international-raceway
Wow that looks good.
Agreed. This is much better. I will see what I can do replace it. I need a few other admins to do some stuff, so no promises
Has this been tested online with 15+ on the grid ?
Server is up for testing this version ..
Check. I'll be there tomorrow evening. If it's oke online then we'll use it and I'll upload it to downloads.
Seeing as this is a much better version, I don't think the drivers will mind as long as we are quick about it.
The new version is much better than the old one! Quality is better, FPS Higher. Definitely need to go on the new version.
On the old I could not go. FPS = 25-30.
There is still room for new drivers to join this event !
Max field is 30 drivers and we're on 22 now.
The Sebring track has been replaced with a better version. Please delete the Sebring V0.8 and replace it with the one under the "Cars and track" tab from the event:
This new Sebring looks more realistic and is better optimized. It reminds me of the rF2 laser scanned Sebring from Studio 397.
Sorry for this late call, but I didn't know it existed until yesterday. There's still is plenty of time to practise on this new version and I think you will agree with the replacement.
SERVER IS UP
I like the new version, it got rid of those undilations/bumps at the accel points @ 2 places.
And the pit entrance has been fixed.
