Welcome to Round 5 Virginia International Raceway

Virginia International Raceway (commonly known as "VIR") is a race track located in Alton, Virginia, near Danville. It is less than a half-mile from the North Carolina/Virginia border just outside Milton, North Carolina on the banks of the Dan River. VIR hosts amateur and professional automobile and motorcycle events, driving schools, club days, and private test rentals.

 

Server is up.

 

I don't know who Spunge84 is, but you have to use the same name as on the signup list, or I can't process your results from the race.

 

I've moved this series to another server that can hold more clients.
The server is down untill tonight, because I need someone to upload a few tracks this other server, Virginia being one of them.

 

I know. I'm waiting for another admin to transfer our stuff to a bigger server. I've never uploaded stuff to the AC servers. I have to wait for him. I think there's still an older version on there.
If we're pressed for time, I'm going back to our regular server and the red light district.

 

I've put the old server up as well, there are 2 servers with GTL Virginia.
Choose Virginia S3 to enter.

We are now running on a 32 slot server for the rest of the series.
I've also put up a practise server for Calabogie, since we've got a spare server now.

In short ... there is no more waiting list. Everybody is green.

 

I need to know this info from the following members (if I don't get this info, I'm afraid I have to remove you from the list, otherwise you might take someone's else's car):

For member who haven't driven in this league before:

Please use the GT Legends download on the event page (the signup list) under "Cars and track", because the Porsche RSR inside is edited. The Porsche needs a file swop from the Kunos Porsche RSR.
If you use your own download and haven't done this file swop, you'll get an checksum error on the server.

 

The server will be adjusted this afternoon with the latest signups. Password you can find in the event page

Please make sure your name in Assetto Corsa is exactly the same as on the signup list, otherwise we will get an error in the result processing.
