Helmut Fischmeister has received a penalty of -2 laps, 1 for Qualifying and 1 for the Race, for repeatedly crossing the Blue Line denoting the pit exit. This has dropped him from 5th to 6th place in the final results. The penalty could and probably should have been higher, but I decided to be lenient this time and hope that all members will take note of pre-race instructions in future.
