this comes out as a notepad thingy is there some trick i dont know about ...i usually just get stuff from steam workshop
Not all mods and tracks come from STEAM, this is one of them. When you click on the track link it takes you to the SRO downloads page for this track. Click on the Download button, save the file to a folder on your PC, open it with WinRar (which is like WinZip) and install the enclosed file in your rF2/Packages folder. Run the rF2 Launcher and install the track. If you don't know how to do this, check out this YouTube video
