Is this the same TUSCC mod that was being used at R2P? I ask because myself and some others had issues with crashing if the Ligier was used.

Chad is correct. This mod has a problem when the Ligier is used by anybody and for some obscure reason it stops some people from joining the server. R2P de-selected it in the last few TUSC races to avoid the problem. The developer Mikal Rashid is still working on a fix for it, so the Ligier should be de-selected when setting up the server, so that it cannot be used by anyone.
