Sorry to Ricardo Gomes for the tap on his rearbumper in T1 at the start. I was just a little bit too late on the brakes and locked up. If it makes you feel any better, it gave me a judge flatspot He didn't loose position, so I'm glad for that.
You must have crapped your pants when Mark Hightree closed the gap in the end LOL! Everybody has worn tires and he goes faster haha. I was watching it from my car.
Not really, no...
I was slowing down since I saw Carlos' engine blow..running with low fuel mixture and controlling the gap
In fact, I never tried to attack Carlos because my engine was overheating since the beggining..always in yellow..
I decided to keep the 2nd place and defended all the race
In the end, since i had 7s to Mark...i just lowered as much i could the fuel mixture and controlled the gap
Congrats to Mark...didnt touch me once!!! Great race
PS: still to understand these tires..i went with soft and with my setup i would make the whole race with 1 set
Pena fazendo uma otima, corrida sem dar chance para os demais ai o motor estoura do nada acho que foi devido ao uma redução errada que fiz porque uso a mistura em 4, parabéns aos que completaram realmente a sorte nao esta ao meu lado 3 corrida seguida lideram e acontece essas panes da vida kkkkkk,
Feather doing a great, running without giving chance to the others then the engine bursts out of nowhere I think it was due to the wrong reduction I made because I use the mixture in 4, congratulations to those who have really completed the luck is not by my side 3 followed race lead and happens these loaves of life kkkkkk,
Yes bad luck Carlos ! good news is you are fast and points can be made fast in DTM !
"Feather doing a great" ... bad translation, in portuguese "pena" means feather, yes, but here it means "pitty" or "too bad" "regretfully"
Tenta usar mais radiador de modo a que o motor não esteja sempre no amarelo... mas posso estar errado
Eu estava com radiador 5 e mesmo assim estava sempre no amarelo, tanto que como viste pura e simplesmente não tentei chegar a ti
Motor quente, um erro de caixa e é fatal
Melhor sorte para a próxima, já é merecido
Na próxima nao vai dar pra correr , talvez irei viajar
Qualquer das formas, fica a dica!
Para teres uma ideia, o programa CARSTAT2 diz que a temperatura do óleo óptima para este carro é de 105ºc e a máxima não deverá passar dos 108,5

Lonely race for me but fun all the same.
Dissapointing turnout though with only 13 drivers out of the 23 or so registered.

@Ricardo Gomes how do you see all the data with Carsat2? I have error messages
I also had some erros
Choose different vehicles until you get that info....

Sometimes i get error, others i do not
Yes Ricardo, that was a lot of fun. You drove very well. I was using DRS most of the time and was just keeping up. It seemed you had a faster setup and you showed great driving skill. Thanks for the fun! Although about half the registered drivers showed up I think the event and this series is going very well. It will catch on. The cars are a lot of fun and drivers race well together. Good times..
Great race guys ! I want to congratulate all the drivers for doing such a great job on track in this race ..Things could have gone south at any time but everyone kept there cool and we managed to get threw with minor mishaps ~!
Allot of give & take combined with fair play resulted in some great racing !
At one point I came into the only chicane and hit debris from the car ahead ! this tossed my front end and caused me to spin out blocking the exit ! I quickly grabbed reverse &tried to get out of the way ,this resulted in me loosing 3 or 4 positions !
This small piece off of the car in front caused me to loose it in the chicane !
I had to battle back from 12 after letting the field pass waiting for a clear spot to get back on the racing line ..!
I did feel bad for Carlos blowing his engine from the lead he had a substantial lead with less than 10 min to go I saw smoke ahead ! it was Carlos .
Remember these cars have no down shift protection ! repeated down shifts resulting in hi revs will take its tole on the engine over the corse of a 55 min race + 20 min Q !

Was a good race. Sorry to all whom I touched (John for sure if I remember right, didn't watch the replay yet).
With a great luck, did a good start and with a little more luck I managed the 4th place in few laps. Behind me was John and he put a lot of pressure on me so finally I crack and made a big mistake in T1 and my car was very hard to drive so I must do a loooooong pit (the longest 3 seconds). After that was a race to "save something". Sorry Rob for pushing a little to hard, but I was "carried away" With others bad luck I finished on 8th.
